what a way to wait

So I am seeing the consultant at the local hospital. Unfortunately he uses the room of the skin disease specialist. So I am in the waiting room. On the wall are a whole load of posters, booklets and advice on how to identify and treat skin diseases.

Now I know we English tend not to sit next to each other - but in this place everyone was maximising their distance away from each other - and there was some careful wiping of chairs.

The consultant was quite good - the tests they've done so far - eliminate a lot of the things worrying me. However I've got to wait another 6 months for the next lot of tests. Ho hum.
