decisive - moi?

On the TV there was a program about being stressed. They started with the 'Stress Test'.



The first question was:

Do you have difficulty making decisions?

The answers were

1 - Never

2 - Occaisionally

3 - Frequently

4 - Always

and you know

I couldn't work out what to answer.
